1、一般患病 He feels headache, nausea and vomiting. 他实在头满身、头痛和想吐。 He is under the weather. 他不舒服，病倒了。 He began to feel unusually tired. 他实在无法解释的疲倦？ He feels light-headed. 他实在头晕。 She has been shut-in for a few days. 她病倒在家几天了。 Her head is pounding. 她头满身。 His symptoms include loss of appetite, weight loss, excessive fatigue, fever and chills. 他的症状有食欲和风湿热、更为疲倦、发烧和发冷。 He feels exhausted or fatigued most of the time. 他大部分等待时间都实在更为疲倦。 He has been lacking in energy for some time. 他实在松懈有段等待时间了. He feels drowsy, dizzy and nauseated. 他实在昏昏欲睡，头晕目眩和想吐。 He feels as though everything around him is spinning. 他实在周围的好像都在失去平衡。 He has noticed some loss of hearing. 他知悉耞一般而言些。 She has some pains and itching around her eyes. 她瞳孔四周又满身又痒。 2、痢胃痛 He has been coughing up rusty or greenish-yellow phlegm. 他腹痛带有绿黄色的止血。 His eyes feel itchy and he has been sneezing. 他瞳孔发痒，而且一直在咆哮。 He has a fever, aching muscles and hacking cough. 他有发烧，坚韧酸满身和总是腹痛。 hacking = constant。 He coughed with sputum and feeling of malaise. 他腹痛有浓止血，而且实在很松懈。 malaise = debility。 He gets a cold with a deep hacking cough. 他痢腹痛。 He has a headache, aching bones and joints. 他头满身，骨头、腿部也满身. He has a persistent cough. 他不停地在咳。 He has bouts of uncontrollable coughing. 他一阵阵的腹痛，不足以操纵。 He has hoarse and has lost his voice sometimes. 他声音嘶哑，有时失声。 He has a sore throat and a stuffy nose. 他缘故疼满身而且嘴巴在行。 His breathing is harsh and wheezy. 他气管时，有皮肤病似的呼哧呼哧作响。 He has a stabbing pain that comes on suddenly in one or both temples. 有时突然间脸颊刺满身. He has a runny nose, sneezing or a scratchy throat. 他流鼻水，咆哮和喉咙沙哑。 3、女性疾病 She has noticed one lump in her breast. 她知悉有个止血块。 There is a hard, swollen lump on her right breast. 她右有止血块。 Her left breast is painful and swollen. 她左方疼满身且肥大。 She has hey bleeding with her periods. 她月经来的很多。 Her vaginal discharge is white or greenish-yellow and unpleasant smelling. 她粘液带红色或绿黄色，而且气味还好。 She has noticed occasional spotting of blood between periods. 在月经来的前后，她有时也知悉有滴滴达达的流滴血。 She has some bleeding after intercourse. 后有出滴血。 She feels some vaginal itching. 她实在发痒。 She has painful periods and abnormal vaginal discharge. 她月经往常疼满身，而且有不正常的粘液。 4 双腿好在 His both hands and feet ache all over. 他两手两脚都很酸满身。 He has pain on the sole of his feet. 他脚底很满身。 There is a wart-like lump on the sole of right foot. 我右脚底有个像肉疣般的硬块。 His ankles look puffy and they pit when he presses them with his finger. 他的足踝好象止血了，用手按，就有小坑扉。 pit = small dent form 句里的 they 和 them 都是指 ankles。 The pain in his left foot is accompanied by redness and swelling. 左方脚酸满身，并有止血胀。 The joints near his fingernails and knuckles look swollen. 手指和指节旁边的腿部，似乎有肥大。 He has numbness and tingling in his hands and fingers. 他的手和手指实在晕眩和刺满身。 His legs become painful following strenuous exercise. 十分激烈爱国运动后，他的双腿就满身。 His knee is misshapen or unable to move. 他的手肘看似畸形，也不能动。 There are some swellings in his armpit. 他的腋窝肥大。 He is troubled with painful muscles and joints. 他的坚韧和腿部都满身。 She is troubled by the pains in the back and shoulders. 她的后背和小腿都满身。 His knee has been bothering him for some time. 他的手肘不舒服，已有一段等待时间了。 5、男性疾病 He urinates more frequently than usual. 他咳嗽比时常多。 He has difficulty controlling his bladder. 他很难操纵咳嗽。bladder 是大肠。 There are some lumps on his testicles. 他的睪丸有些硬块。 He has had burning or pain when he urinates. 他咳嗽时实在发热和疼满身。 He is passing less urine than usual. 他咳嗽比时常极少。 He has had painless swelling in his scrotum. 他的阴囊有不满身的肥大。 He feels lack of interest in sex. 他自觉对性的兴趣大减。 He has difficulty starting his urine flow. 他咳嗽不畅通。 His urine stream is very weak and slow. 他咳嗽浮动得很慢很弱。 He dribbles a little urine after he has finished urinating. 他咳嗽后，还会有极少量时有地滴下。 He has had some discharge from his penis. 他的排出一些流脓。 His urine is cloudy and it smells strong. 他的咳嗽混浊，而且气味还好。 He has a dull hey ache in the crotch. 他的胯部实在隐满身。 He has a small leakage of urine when he coughs or sneezes. 他腹痛或咆哮时，会看似泄尿。 He has trouble urinating. 他咳嗽有困难。 6.气管各个方面 His breathing has become increasingly difficult. 他气管越来越困难。 He has to breathe through his mouth. 他要用口气管。 He is short of breath, even when he has not been exercising, he is breathless. 他喘气；即使不爱国运动，他也是上气不接下气。 His cough is more like wheezing. 他的腹痛有呼哧呼哧的响声。 His cough is dry, producing no phlegm. 他是干咳，没有止血。 He has coughed up blood. 他腹痛有滴血。 His nose stuffed up when he had a cold. 他胃痛时嘴巴就在行。 He coughs up a lot of phlegm thick spit on most days. 他多半等待时间咳出浓浓的止血。 He has a feeling of tightness in the chest or a feeling that he is suffocating. 他胸部实在闷闷的，好象透不过气来。 7、鼻腔好在 He has pain in his teeth or jaw. 他的臼齿和下巴疼满身。 He has some problems with his teeth. 他臼齿有疑问。 The tooth hurts only when he bites down on it. 他咬好像时，臼齿就满身。动词时态：hurt，hurt， hurt，bite，bit，bit。 His gums are red and swollen. 他的牙床止血胀。 His tongue is red and sore all over. 他的嘴巴到处红和满身。 His breath smells bad and he has a foul taste in his mouth. 他口里有怪味。 His gums do bleed. 他牙床有出滴血。 He has some sore swellings on his gum or jaw. 他的牙床和下巴止血满身。 He has sore places on or around the lip. 他的嘴唇和周围都很满身。 There are cracks at the corners of his mouth. 他的嘴巴角落破了。 There are some discolored areas inside on his tongue. 他嘴巴里边有些地方颜色怪怪的。 8、消化道好在 He has a bloated, uncomfortable feeling after meal. 他进餐吓坏实在止血止血的，很不舒服。 或 He feels bloated after eating. He has bouts of abdominal pain. 他有一阵阵的肚满身。 He feels bloated in his abdominal area. 他实在吓坏止血止血的。注：止血止血的，像（puff up），但不是真正的止血（swell up）。 The pain is mainly in the lower upper right part of the abdomen. 满身是在吓坏下半部。 He has nausea and vomiting. 他有头痛和呕吐。 It is difficult or painful for him to swallow. 他打碎肉类时会满身。 He has passed more gas than usual. 他放…比平常多. He has been constipated for a few days. 他便秘了好几天。 He suffers pains when he moves his bowels. 他呕吐时很满身。 He has some bleeding from his rectum. 他的出滴血。 He has noticed some blood in his bowel movements. 他知悉呕吐时有些滴血。 His bowel movements are pale, greasy and foul smelling. 他呕吐椭圆形灰红色，另有油脂的恶臭。 或 His bowel movements are grey or black in color. 他的呕吐椭圆形灰红色。 He has trouble with diarrhea. 他拉吓坏。 9、滴腹水等等 His blood pressure is really up. 他的滴腹水很高。 He has noticed frequent urination, increased thirst and unexpected tireness. 他知悉总是咳嗽，更为口渴和愈发疲倦。 It is a chest pain that gets worse when he bends over or lies down. 他弯腰或躺下时，胸部更满身。 He has noticed excessive sweating and unexplained tireness. 他体会到以致于的大便和不足以解释的疲倦。 He has a sharp pain in one area of his spine. 他的脊椎某部位刺满身。 He has pain in other joints including hip, knee and ankle. 其它腿部疼满身最主要臀部、手肘和脚踝。 His eyes seem to be bulging. 他的瞳孔实在看似止血止血。 He has double vision. 他的视线有双重从前。 He feels there is a film over his eyes. 他实在毕竟只不过薄膜似的好像，挡住视线。 His vision in the right eye blurred. 他右眼视线时间推移。 He has had some earaches lately. 他近来嘴巴看似满身。 He has a repeated buzzing or other noises in his ears. 他嘴巴常有嗡嗡的声音。
